Since Friday, the primary Azure infrastructure issue in cloud region AZURE_US_EAST has been resolved, although issues with provisioning requests are a minor risk that we have been informed will continue for a period of time. The remediation actions we have taken since Jun 19 have insulated the Foundry platform from the ongoing minor risks. We expect to maintain the current healthy performance across the platform and will update this StatusPage with any major updates related to this underlying issue. Explicitly: all workloads on the platform should be operational and expansion of workflows is safe to continue.
We will follow-up with a full RCA once the minor risks are resolved as well.

Since 23:07 UTC on Jun 18 2024, Azure infrastructure has been experiencing scheduling issues in cloud region AZURE_US_EAST which had impacted Foundry services. The impact due to subsequent degradations in a subset of core Foundry service layers has been mitigated now and we are actively monitoring the situation.
We are in close contact with Microsoft, and there is not yet a timeline for the resolution of the Azure infrastructure issues. The risk of impact continues at present.
